Scoping call
30 minutes. You walk us through the manual processes that are wasting your time. We tell you which are good automation candidates and which aren't.

Workflow design
We send you a written workflow map — what triggers what, where data flows, what notifications fire. You approve it before we build anything.

Build and deploy
Typically 3–7 days. We test each workflow with real data — not synthetic mock data — before handoff. You see them run before you go live.

Handoff
You get a runbook, login credentials, and a 14- or 30-day support window depending on tier. Workflows are documented so you can edit them yourself.
