1. What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when using our Services:

  • Contact information (name, email address, company name) when you submit a contact form or purchase a service
  • Billing information — processed and stored by our payment provider, not us
  • Content you store in Pitt Cloud (Nextcloud, Immich) — stored on our hardware, not shared
  • Game server data for Pitt Hosting customers — configuration files, world saves
  • Support and communication records

2. Third-Party Services We Use

Payment processing
Stripe — handles all payment card data. We never see or store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
Scheduling
Cal.com — used for discovery call booking. Subject to Cal.com's privacy policy.
Transactional email
Resend — used to deliver receipts and service notifications. Email content is transmitted through Resend's infrastructure.
Analytics
Umami (self-hosted on our infrastructure) — cookieless, no cross-site tracking, no data sold or shared.
Infrastructure
Cloudflare — CDN, WAF, and Tunnel. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to traffic through their network.
Contact notifications
Discord webhook — contact form submissions are forwarded to a private Discord channel for our internal use only.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provision and manage your Services
  • To send receipts, service updates, and support responses
  • To monitor service health and respond to incidents
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

Customer data is stored on Doom Server, our own hardware located in the US. We implement reasonable technical measures — UFW firewall, Cloudflare Tunnel (no inbound ports), access controls — to protect data. No security is perfect; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Export your data — Nextcloud and Immich both have native export tools

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will notify customers by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance.
