Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using any Pitt Industries service you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all customers of Pitt Hosting, Pitt Cloud, Zero Trust Setup, Web Builds, Homelab Consulting, and Pitt Sentinel ("Services"). Services are provided by Pitt Industries LLC ("we," "us").

2. Services

We provide the Services described on pitt-industries.com. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service with 30 days' notice, except in cases of material policy violations which may result in immediate termination.

Service availability targets are defined in the Service Level Agreement at pitt-industries.com/legal/sla.

3. Payments and Refunds

Subscription services are billed monthly. Payment is processed through our payment provider. You authorize recurring charges for the selected billing period.

Subscriptions: Cancel any time through the billing portal. Charges are prorated to the cancellation date.

One-time services (not yet started): Fully refundable upon request before work begins.

One-time services (in progress): Prorated refund based on deliverables completed at the time of cancellation request.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Services to:

  • Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or network abuse
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Resell or sublicense Services without written permission

We may suspend Services immediately for material violations of this section.

5. Data and Privacy

We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. For Pitt Cloud and Pitt Hosting, your data is stored on our infrastructure. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those stated in the SLA. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify active customers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
