How it works

From intake to operating account in five business days.

  1. i.

    Intake (Day 1)

You fill out a short form — entity name, members, address, purpose. We check name availability with the Secretary of State and confirm the filing plan.

  2. ii.

    Filing (Days 1–2)

We file your Articles of Organization with the MN Secretary of State. You receive the confirmation and stamped copy as soon as the state returns them.

  3. iii.

    EIN + documents (Days 2–4)

We submit Form SS-4 to the IRS on your behalf. You receive your EIN letter and a generic operating agreement template suited to your member structure.

  4. iv.

    Bank account (Day 5)

We hand you a tidy folder containing everything a bank will ask for. You walk in, sign personally, and the account opens that day.

— Scope of practice —

What we don't do.

We don't advise on which entity type is right for you (LLC vs S-corp vs sole prop), draft custom operating agreements, advise on tax elections, structure member/manager arrangements for your specific situation, or take on Professional Firms Act (Ch. 319B) formations for licensed professions (lawyers, doctors, CPAs, architects, etc.).

For any of that, you need a Minnesota attorney or CPA. We're happy to refer you to ones we trust.
