How an engagement runs

From first call to operating production in roughly six weeks.

    30–60 minutes. You walk us through the business, the workflow that's the most painful, and what 'done' would look like. We tell you whether the right tool is AI, automation, an integration, or none of the above.

  2. ii.

    Written scope + fixed price

    Within 48 hours you receive a one-page scope with the deliverables, the assumptions, the timeline, and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve. No mystery line items.

  3. iii.

    Build against your data

    We work iteratively against real samples from your business — not synthetic test data. You see progress weekly. Adjustments happen mid-build, not after launch.

  4. iv.

    Deploy, document, support

    Deployment to your infrastructure or ours. A runbook for the operator on your side. Thirty days of post-launch support included; ongoing care via a Program retainer.

What we don't do.

We don't sell strategy decks, take on indefinite-scope retainers without a written outcome, build agents that take production actions without human review, deploy against synthetic test data, or quote prices before we understand the workflow. We also don't take on engagements that are obviously the wrong fit for a small operator — at some scale you need a vendor, and we'll say so.
